    k-colored kernels

    We study kk-colored kernels in mm-colored digraphs. An mm-colored digraph DD has kk-colored kernel if there exists a subset KK of its vertices such that (i) from every vertex vKv\notin K there exists an at most kk-colored directed path from vv to a vertex of KK and (ii) for every u,vKu,v\in K there does not exist an at most kk-colored directed path between them. In this paper, we prove that for every integer k2k\geq 2 there exists a (k+1)% (k+1)-colored digraph DD without kk-colored kernel and if every directed cycle of an mm-colored digraph is monochromatic, then it has a kk-colored kernel for every positive integer k.k. We obtain the following results for some generalizations of tournaments: (i) mm-colored quasi-transitive and 3-quasi-transitive digraphs have a kk% -colored kernel for every k3k\geq 3 and k4,k\geq 4, respectively (we conjecture that every mm-colored ll-quasi-transitive digraph has a kk% -colored kernel for every kl+1)k\geq l+1), and (ii) mm-colored locally in-tournament (out-tournament, respectively) digraphs have a kk-colored kernel provided that every arc belongs to a directed cycle and every directed cycle is at most kk-colored

    AbstractWe say that a tournament is tight if for every proper 3-coloring of its vertex set there is a directed cyclic triangle whose vertices have different colors. In this paper, we prove that all circulant tournaments with a prime number p≥3 of vertices are tight using results relating to the acyclic disconnection of a digraph and theorems of additive number theory

    “Civilización” de las relaciones laborales desde la perspectiva de la Seguridad Social

    Sharing economy illustrates the paradigm shift in labor relations which are in process of moving from the jurisdiction of labor law to the jurisdiction of civil law, a phenomenon that in this study is called “civilization” of labor relations. This research aims to determine the effects of the "civilization" of labor relations from the perspective of social security through the analysis of the impact of sharing economy on labor relations; likewise through the analysis of civil regulation of independent workers in Paraguay, in contrast to the labor regulation of jobs in a dependency relationship, to finally identify parameters of adaptation of paraguayan social security to jobs derived from the sharing economy. For this investigation was used a theoretical research with a documentary design and a qualitative approach of an exploratory and descriptive nature, whose data collection technique consisted of a documentary review. Is concluded that, in Paraguay, is necessary that social security grant greater social protection to workers in general and, particularly, independent ones, in parallel with the greater versatility required by the organs of the Judiciary system in application of civil law and labor law.La economía colaborativa ilustra el cambio de paradigma de las relaciones laborales, las cuales van pasando, en cierta medida, del ámbito de competencia del derecho laboral al del derecho civil, lo que en este trabajo se denomina “civilización” de las relaciones laborales. Esta investigación tiene por objeto determinar la repercusión de este fenómeno en la seguridad social por medio del análisis de la incidencia de la economía colaborativa en las relaciones de trabajo, así como a través del examen de la regulación civil de los trabajos independientes en Paraguay, en contraste con la regulación laboral de los trabajos dependientes, para finalmente identificar parámetros de adaptación de la seguridad social paraguaya a los trabajos derivados de la economía colaborativa. A dichos efectos, se empleó un tipo de investigación teórica con diseño documental y enfoque cualitativo, de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo, cuya técnica de recolección de datos consistió en una revisión documental. Finalmente, se concluye que, en Paraguay, es necesario que la seguridad social otorgue mayor protección social a trabajadores, en general, y a trabajadores independientes, en particular, de forma paralela a una mayor versatilidad requerida de los órganos del Poder Judicial en la aplicación de las regulaciones civiles y laborales
